We don't believe in or recommend trainers that offer "guarantees". We will work with you to develop a training or behaviour modification program that meets your needs and your budget. Modifying behaviour takes work and time. Results will depend on the commitment and personalities of everyone involved. We stay with you via email, phone and in-person visits to help you and your companion animal succeed.
We are a truly-dog-friendly trainer and will not tolerate any use of prongs, shock collars, ecollars, or choke collars. If you choose to use any of these tools, we will be unable to work with you and your dog.
We ask for 24 hours notice, where possible, on any cancellations or re-bookings.
Sessions purchased in packs must be completed within 3 months of purchasing a pack.
We do not give refunds. In the event of a death or other tragic event, contact Sean to discuss an exception.
